Vidala is a slow tempo folkloric style of music from the north of Argentina, in the meter of 3/4.
This instrumental piece though not stylistically accurate, is a 3-movement extended composition (representing each beat of the Vidala) that explores the different moods and states of "waiting". "Espera" is Spanish for "to wait".

The title is a play of words more than a style denomination. "Vida" means "life", therefore Vidala Espera could be translated as "To live to wait".
